Description:

Join the DevEx Team as a DevOps Engineer to enhance the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) for developers.
Eliminate friction points in software delivery and enable teams to deploy applications quickly and independently to the cloud.
Work either in the Erkrath headquarters twice a week or up to 100% remotely.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in software development or DevOps with a strong focus on automation.
Proficient in GitLab CI, Helm, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and Terraform/OpenTofu.
Strong service orientation and mentoring skills to effectively share knowledge with teams.
Passion for simplifying processes and creating self-service infrastructures.
Interest in databases and a desire to develop in this area is a plus.
Excellent German (C1) and good English (B2) communication skills.
