Description:

Lead the observability architecture, ensuring high availability of telemetry infrastructure.
Configure observability ecosystem for actionable alerts and metrics, operating in an Observability-as-a-Service model.
Design and manage AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Administer production Kubernetes clusters for scalability and security.
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to reduce operational toil.
Mentor and guide the infrastructure/platform team, managing tasks and priorities.

Requirements:

Deep experience with public cloud providers, preferably AWS.
Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes and container ecosystems (Docker/containerd).
Proven experience in operating high-availability distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with observability stack deployment (IaC/Helm).
Ability to design resilient cloud architectures and understand software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi).
Strong programming/scripting skills (Python, Go, Bash).
Experience with CI/CD pipeline construction and maintenance.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Emotional intelligence for decision-making under pressure.
Mentorship and servant leadership qualities.
