Requirements:

• 5–7+ years of Software Engineering Experience, including backend development and distributed systems.
• 2+ years of Production AI / LLM Experience with hands-on application development.
• 3+ years of Data Engineering & ETL Experience, integrating enterprise systems.
• 3+ years of Python or equivalent backend development.
• 1–2+ years of Vector Database & AI Memory Experience with technologies like Pinecone.
• 1–2+ years of AI Frameworks & Orchestration experience using LangChain or similar.
• 1+ year of AI Evaluation & Safety Experience, including model safety guardrails.
• 1+ year of AI Performance Optimization experience.
• 2+ years of Cloud Experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• 2+ years of Stakeholder-Facing Technical Delivery experience.
