Description:

Lead a team of 5–10 technical trainers in developing realistic, terminal-based tasks for AI training and evaluation.
Oversee task reviews for technical accuracy, reproducibility, and grading reliability, ensuring alignment with authentic engineering workflows.

Requirements:

PhD, postdoctoral experience, or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Strong programming skills in C/C++, Rust, Python, Julia, Fortran, MATLAB/Octave, or HDL.
Advanced proficiency in Linux and command-line environments.
Hands-on expertise in areas like parallel computing, systems programming, or circuit simulation.
Experience in reviewing complex codebases and technical implementations.
Strong analytical judgment and mentoring experience.
Excellent written communication skills.
