Description:

  • Join an early-stage startup building an AI coworker that integrates into team tools.
  • Role involves creating the agent's behavior layer, including context management and task execution.
  • Initial contract position with potential for full-time, remote work from Latin America or Eastern Europe.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience shipping tool-using LLM agents to real users in production.
  • Strong backend skills in Python or TypeScript, including async jobs and state management.
  • Experience building evaluation and regression suites for LLM behavior.
  • Understanding of safe tool execution, prompt injection, and multi-tenant data risks.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical tradeoffs clearly.
