Join Spreetail as an RPA & AI Automation Engineer to enhance fulfillment technology through AI-powered software and intelligent automation.
Build solutions impacting fulfillment centers, including full-stack applications, operational dashboards, and AI agents.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Proficiency in full-stack development (Python, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript) and experience with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, LLMs).
Strong business partnership skills to translate operational needs into software solutions.
Self-motivated and adaptable, with experience in fast-paced environments; fulfillment or e-commerce experience is a plus.
