Description:

  • The Enterprise Security Engineer will build and operate Compa’s security-first enterprise environment, reporting to the Head of Security & IT.

Requirements:

  • Experience with enterprise systems like identity providers, access management, and endpoint management.
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to design access models and operational processes.
  • Skills in automation and reducing manual operational work.
  • Excellent communication skills regarding systems and security implications.
  • Low ego, ownership mindset, and good judgment in ambiguous environments.
