We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Figma to WordPress Website Developer who can take pixel-perfect Figma designs and translate them into high-performance, responsive WordPress websites.
You will play a pivotal role in building our public-facing web experience where first impressions of Datamax AI happen.
Responsibilities include converting Figma design files into fully functional, responsive WordPress pages.
You will collaborate with our design, marketing, and content teams to understand vision and requirements.
It is essential to ensure cross-browser and device compatibility.
You will optimize site performance, load speed, and adhere to SEO best practices.
Implementing animations, micro-interactions, and advanced front-end features as needed is part of the role.
Maintaining a clean, modular, well-documented codebase is required.
You will integrate and configure plugins, forms, tracking codes, and CMS logic as needed.
Regular site maintenance, updates, and improvements will also be part of your responsibilities.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in WordPress development, with a focus on custom themes, is required.
You must have a strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (vanilla + jQuery), and PHP.
Experience converting Figma (or Adobe XD/Sketch) designs into WordPress sites is necessary.
Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery is optional but helpful.
Proficiency in responsive and mobile-first design practices is essential.
A strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, performance optimization, and accessibility standards is required.
Knowledge of SEO best practices for on-page elements is necessary.
Excellent attention to detail—down to the last pixel and interaction—is crucial.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across remote teams are required.
