Remote Flutter Developer (m/w/d)

Description:

• Develop and maintain the vehicle inspection app used by inspection teams for vehicle assessments and dispatch decisions.
• Ensure field-grade performance of the app in various environments and optimize for real-world use.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools in daily workflows and set technical standards for the team.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers on technical decisions.
• Mentor junior engineers and stay updated on Flutter and mobile development trends.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in building production apps with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong knowledge of complex mobile applications, including state management and API integration.
• Familiarity with performance optimization, offline-first architecture, and security.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.
• Proficient in English (C1 level); based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
• Nice to have: experience in field operational apps, camera integration, and B2B platforms.
