Description:

  • Join ServiceNow’s Applied AI Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team to partner with strategic customers and shape the future of enterprise AI.
  • As a Forward Deployed Solution Architect (FDSA), uncover opportunities, architect AI-powered systems, and guide scalable solutions across the Now Platform.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of overall experience, with 5–7+ years in enterprise AI/ML architecture or solution consulting.
  • Strong grasp of LLM-based systems, GenAI pipelines, and proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% to work onsite with customers.
