Description:

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic accounts in EMEA, understanding their use cases and business goals.
Lead technical issue resolution, partnering with Support and Engineering, and provide hands-on troubleshooting.
Guide customers in extending Solo.io products for modern workloads, including AI use cases.
Proactively drive product adoption and consult on architectural best practices.
Design and deliver training sessions and workshops to enhance customer self-sufficiency.
Advocate for customer needs within Solo.io, providing feedback to Product Management and Engineering.
Collaborate with account teams to manage technical risks and identify expansion opportunities.

Requirements:

5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Architect, Customer Success Engineer, etc.).
Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, service mesh, API gateways).
1+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies.
Proven track record managing technical relationships with enterprise customers.
Excellent troubleshooting skills in complex production environments.
Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
Proficiency in scripting or programming (Go, Python, Bash).
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
