Description:

Design and build cloud-native data, LLM-based, and agentic AI solutions for client business challenges.
Implement and optimize RAG systems for production use cases.
Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders as a trusted technical advisor.
Support presales activities including discovery calls, technical proposals, scoping, and demos.
Own the technical direction of client engagements from discovery through delivery.
Write clean, production-grade Python for AI integrations, backend services, and RESTful APIs.
Build and maintain ETL/ELT workflows using modern orchestration and distributed computing tools.
Deploy ML and LLM-based solutions and implement MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps practices.
Lead architecture reviews, produce technical design documents, and mentor engineers.

Requirements:

Full-stack mindset with experience in AI, backend development, and cloud infrastructure.
Proactive and self-directed with strong problem-solving skills.
B2+ English proficiency for collaboration in multicultural teams.
7+ years of experience building and running production systems, including LLM-based applications.
Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock) and RAG systems.
Proficient in Python (OOP, design patterns, clean architecture) and building RESTful APIs.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services (Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, etc.).
Understanding of CI/CD practices for ML and AI pipelines, model monitoring, and observability.
