Description:

Founding engineering role at an early-stage AEC software startup focused on AI-driven building design.
Build the geometry and data core of a new BIM authoring tool, collaborating with experienced founders.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in production software; independent project work is valued.
Hands-on experience with 3D geometry or CAD technologies (geometry kernels, CAD APIs, etc.).
Practical use of LLMs and AI agents in engineering tasks.
Generalist mindset, able to work across the tech stack.
Startup or founder experience preferred; long tenure in large corporations not ideal.
Fluent in English; German not required.
Strong computer science fundamentals.
Nice to have: AEC/BIM experience, knowledge of Python, PyTorch, TypeScript, or three.js.

Starting salary of €100,000 annually, with potential for higher compensation for CTO-level candidates.
Stock options included.
Fully remote work across Europe, including Switzerland and the UK.
