Remote Founding Full Stack Engineer

Description:

• Founding engineering role at an early-stage healthtech SaaS company focused on improving nurse retention and patient outcomes.
• Work directly with the founding team to own architecture and ship production features across four integrated products.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience building production SaaS products.
• Strong full-stack development skills: TypeScript, React, and server-side JavaScript (Node.js).
• Experience designing backend systems for multi-tenant or multi-unit applications.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise authentication (SSO/SAML), RBAC, audit logging, and HRIS integration.
• Experience building AI-powered workflows for document generation and large-dataset retrieval.
• Proven ability to own architecture and implementation in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to engage with non-technical domain experts and customers.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
