Remote Frontend Engineer Lead

Description:

• Lead and inspire a top-tier frontend engineering team while engaging in hands-on coding (80% of the time).
• Spearhead the implementation of new technologies to enhance existing systems and promote best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7+ years in frontend development, with 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with web services, microservices, APIs, and SOA.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality UI projects.
• Understanding of state-management patterns like Redux or Flux.
• Ability to conduct peer code reviews ensuring code quality and standards.
