Writesonic is seeking a Frontend Engineer who is passionate about pixels and performance.
The role involves turning designs into flawless code that scales, with 80% hands-on building and 20% collaboration with design and backend teams.
The candidate should prioritize user experience and clean code, understanding the importance of Core Web Vitals.
Responsibilities include converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect React components, optimizing performance metrics (LCP, FID, CLS) weekly, building responsive interfaces for all devices, reviewing PRs, maintaining code quality standards, debugging production issues, and shipping fixes quickly.
The engineer will own the frontend architecture for the GEO platform, component library and design system, performance optimization and monitoring, API integrations with REST endpoints, and the frontend build pipeline and deployment.

Requirements:

The candidate must have 2-5 years of experience shipping production React/Next.js apps.
A strong eye for design and attention to detail is essential.
Experience with Core Web Vitals optimization is required.
The candidate should have REST API integration experience.
Basic knowledge of Python is necessary for backend collaboration.
