Description:

Counsel is a company focused on providing patients with unlimited access to personalized medical advice from real clinicians through an AI-first medical practice.
The Full Stack Engineer will play a crucial role in developing user-facing features, scaling backend infrastructure, building integrations with enterprise clients, and improving the RAG pipeline.
The role involves working closely with the founder/CEO, Medical Director, and founding engineers to shape the future of AI in clinical care.
The engineering work includes full-stack web development, data infrastructure, mobile development, and AI/MLOps.
The ideal candidate can work from the New York office but remote work is also considered.

Requirements:

Strong technical experience, preferably with 3+ years at startups or fast-moving companies.
Proficiency in tech stack: React (Typescript), NextJs, React Native, Postgres (Supabase), HTML/CSS (Tailwind), AWS Infrastructure.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and implementing research results into production code.
Experience in building at scale, serving large numbers of end-users and enterprise clients.
Proactive in improving engineering skills and team performance.
