The Full Stack Software Engineer will play a pivotal role in developing the core technology platform, leveraging LLMs and other models to enhance document-centric compliance, security, and search workflows for users in the DOD, civil agencies, and commercial organizations.
The engineer will work within a system that utilizes modern AI application techniques to maximize the potential of state-of-the-art models.
The position requires a generalist skillset, a diverse technical background, and a willingness to learn new technologies on the job.
The engineer will collaborate with a small, tight-knit technical team to define and mature the architecture and processes as the company grows.
Responsibilities include designing system architecture, implementing code, developing products, and contributing to company strategy and culture.
Requirements:
Candidates must be US citizens and able to pass a background check.
Applicants must be eligible for a US DoD security clearance.
A minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience is required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative is necessary.
Experience with NLP problems and toolsets is required.
Candidates should have experience in system design and interacting with end-users.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices is needed.
Proficiency in Python and TypeScript is mandatory.
Experience with LLMs and AI application techniques is required.
