Remote Full Stack Software Engineer

Description:

• The Full Stack Software Engineer will play a pivotal role in developing the core technology platform, leveraging LLMs and other models to enhance document-centric compliance, security, and search workflows for users in the DOD, civil agencies, and commercial organizations.
• The engineer will work within a system that utilizes modern AI application techniques to maximize the potential of state-of-the-art models.
• The position requires a generalist skillset, a diverse technical background, and a willingness to learn new technologies on the job.
• The engineer will collaborate with a small, tight-knit technical team to define and mature the architecture and processes as the company grows.
• Responsibilities include designing system architecture, implementing code, developing products, and contributing to company strategy and culture.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be US citizens and able to pass a background check.
• Applicants must be eligible for a US DoD security clearance.
• A minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative is necessary.
• Experience with NLP problems and toolsets is required.
• Candidates should have experience in system design and interacting with end-users.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices is needed.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript is mandatory.
• Experience with LLMs and AI application techniques is required.
