The role of a CRM Solutions Architect involves designing scalable and innovative solutions for clients, integrating systems, architecting data flows, and creating adaptable solutions that align with clients’ technology stacks and business processes.
Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating comprehensive documentation, leading technology configuration projects, conducting technology audits, defining success metrics, staying updated with technology features, assisting with data migration, and providing technology training.
The position requires collaboration with teams in Development, Marketing, Sales, and Service Consulting to deliver high-impact projects.

Requirements:

Candidates should have experience with HubSpot or transferable expertise from other technology platforms or system architecture roles.
A relevant tertiary qualification in fields such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering is required.
Experience in a digital/technical agency or consultancy in a consulting/specialist role is necessary, working with clients throughout the entire process.
Candidates must possess the ability to read, understand, and compile technical documentation, including API documentation and functional specifications.
A sound knowledge of big data and experience with system integration and APIs is essential.
Excellent command of English, with strong writing and communication skills, is required.
