Description:

Seeking a Software Engineer for a 12-month engagement to develop and maintain web-based applications.
Focus on Talent Matching, Talent Rediscovery, and related employer-facing experiences using OpenSearch or Elasticsearch and AI applications.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in production software development.
Proficiency in Ruby, C#, Java, or Python (Ruby on Rails preferred).
Strong JavaScript or TypeScript skills, including React.
Full-stack experience with backend systems, APIs, and modern frontend development.
Production experience with OpenSearch or Elasticsearch, including indexing and query design.
Experience with search, ranking, recommendation, or matching systems.
Practical application of AI/ML techniques in production.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
