Description:

Seeking a Middle Strong/Senior Full-Stack (.Net+React) Developer for a US Government-funded HR system project in Ukraine or Poland.
The project aims to enhance human resource management efficiency across various ministries in a Middle Eastern country.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in software development with C# / .NET / .NET Core.
Strong experience with ASP.NET Core Web API, ASP.NET Core MVC, and MS SQL Server.
Proficient in Dapper, Keycloak (or equivalent), OAuth2/OIDC/JWT, and security practices.
Experience with Redis, React + TypeScript, unit & integration testing, and E2E testing (Cypress/Playwright).
Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency.
Nice-to-have: experience with Temporal, SQL Server performance tooling, monorepo tooling, accessibility, and micro-frontends governance.
