Remote Integrations Architect / Tech Lead

Description:

• Own the technical architecture of WellBeam’s interoperability platform.
• Define architectural standards and best practices for healthcare interoperability.
• Design scalable integration patterns across various standards (HL7v2, FHIR APIs, REST APIs, etc.).
• Conduct architecture reviews and identify opportunities for reusable platform capabilities.
• Lead technical discovery workshops and serve as principal technical advisor during customer engagements.
• Drive WellBeam’s technical interoperability strategy and evaluate emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of software engineering, solutions architecture, or healthcare interoperability experience.
• 5+ years designing and delivering enterprise healthcare integrations.
• Deep expertise with HL7v2, FHIR APIs, SMART on FHIR, and REST APIs.
• Experience integrating with enterprise EMRs (Epic, Cerner, etc.).
• Strong understanding of healthcare data mapping, transformation, and interoperability workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical initiatives without direct management authority.
