Description:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding.
  • Manage HR data and ensure information is up to date.
  • Support HR Self-Service system administration and orientation for new team members.
  • Create HR reports, including monthly headcount and demographic reports.
  • Prepare presentation materials for reports and update the HR calendar.
  • Conduct audits of HR information to maintain data integrity.
  • Draft Certificates of Employment (COE) and perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • University student, preferably with an OJT requirement.
  • Interest in human resources management, HR data, and analytics.
  • Willingness to learn about recruitment and HR data management.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset to think beyond operational activities.
