Description:

Full-Time, Remote ISP Network Support Engineer role focused on customer-facing troubleshooting and production network operations in a multi-WAN ISP environment.
Involves hands-on work with live network infrastructure including fiber, fixed wireless, bonded WAN, Starlink, and SD-WAN deployments.

Requirements:

Hands-on networking experience in ISP, WISP, FTTH, MSP, or similar environments.
Strong troubleshooting skills in routing, switching, WAN connectivity, and network outages.
Proficiency in configuring routers, firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, NAT, QoS, BGP, and OSPF.
Excellent documentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Availability for rotating after-hours emergency support.
