Description:

  • Join Sedona Digital as a Jira Administrator & Integrations Specialist focusing on enterprise security technologies.
  • Take ownership of Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM) instance and integrate with CrowdStrike.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience administering Jira Software and JSM.
  • Hands-on experience integrating JSM with CrowdStrike Falcon.
  • Knowledge of CrowdStrike Next-Gen SIEM and ticketing workflows.
  • Proficient with REST APIs, webhooks, and Jira Automation or ScriptRunner.
  • Ability to work independently during UK business hours with good async communication.
