Description:

  • Support the Finance Director and leadership team in financial accounting, management reporting, compliance, reconciliations, and operational finance.
  • Responsible for day-to-day financial operations, management reporting, forecasting, revenue analysis, and financial controls in a fully remote environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of accounting experience with strong skills in financial and management accounting, reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Advanced skills in XERO and Google Sheets, with experience in remote work for international businesses.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms, and excellent communication skills in English.

Benefits:

  • Monthly contractor fee of USD $2,500 – $3,000 with long-term engagement opportunities.
