As a Junior Mobile Access Engineer, you will play a key role in planning, building, and managing the mobile networks of the future.
You will gain hands-on experience in three core areas of Mobile Access: Network Solutions, Network Optimization, and Build & Repair.
In Network Solutions, you will help design and develop innovative mobile network solutions.
For Network Optimization, you will contribute to improving the performance and efficiency of the network.
In Build & Repair, you will support the rollout and maintenance of network components across the Netherlands.
You will work closely with a tight-knit team and contribute ideas for smart, practical solutions.
Collaboration with colleagues from other departments will be essential to improve the quality and innovation of services.
Requirements:
You must have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Technical Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, Wireless Communication and Sensing, or Embedded Systems.
A genuine curiosity about mobile networks and telecom technology is required.
You should take initiative, think ahead, and spot opportunities to improve.
Fluency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written, is necessary.

You will receive a gross monthly salary between €3,936 and €5,809, depending on your experience, based on a 40-hour workweek.
