Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience building backend systems.
At least 1 year of experience with Scala or strong JVM language background (Java, Kotlin).
Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Familiarity with Scala ecosystem (SBT, Akka, Play Framework) and microservices architecture.
Basic knowledge of containerization (Docker) and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
Good communication skills in English (B1+/B2) and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow within the team.
