Description:

• Join Docplanner as a Salesforce Developer focusing on Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AI solutions.
• Design and build scalable Salesforce solutions for Customer Support/Success and Customer Experience ecosystems.

Requirements:

• 2–5+ years of Salesforce development experience, particularly with Apex.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity with Digital Engagement capabilities and AI-driven solutions.
• Proficient in Apex REST, SOQL performance tuning, and Salesforce security.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components and CI/CD processes.
• Professional working proficiency in English; Salesforce certifications preferred.
