Description:

Lead AI Engineer responsible for AI architecture, standards, and technical direction across multiple projects.
Manage and develop a team of three AI Engineers while remaining hands-on with complex coding challenges.

Requirements:

7+ years of software development experience at Senior or Staff level with a solid engineering foundation.
Proven experience in designing, building, and operating productive LLM-based systems, particularly in multi-agent orchestration.
Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to influence architectural discussions beyond your direct responsibilities.
Strong communication skills and fluent in English (C1).
