Description:

Lead the Compliance Quality Assurance team, ensuring operational excellence through quality assessment.
Oversee compliance across KYC/Due Diligence, AML, LEA, Transaction Monitoring, and Fraud to meet SLAs and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in Compliance QA, Financial Crime Investigation, or EDD/CDD in FinTech or commercial banking.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role; Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Advanced skills in Compliance tools, SQL, and Excel; understanding of Nigerian regulatory frameworks and fraud typologies.
Professional certifications (DCP, CAMS, CFE, ICA International Diploma) are a plus.
