Description:

  • Lead Data Engineer role focused on driving the data platform strategy at Midnite.
  • Hands-on technical leadership to design and scale data infrastructure for analytics and self-service.

Requirements:

  • Strong software engineering fundamentals with a focus on data/platform engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with orchestration frameworks (e.g., Dagster, Airflow).
  • Familiarity with modern data warehouses/lakehouse patterns and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Snowflake).
  • Ability to mentor engineers and manage technical debt while remaining hands-on.
