Complexio is developing Stevie, an enterprise AI knowledge assistant for maritime shipping companies.
The Lead Full-Stack Engineer will own the frontend, shaping the user interface and product direction.

Requirements:

5+ years of frontend experience in production with a deep understanding of rendering models and architectural patterns.
Strong product sense and experience shipping user-facing products.
Experience with real-time/streaming UI (WebSockets, SSE).
Ability to turn vague problems into concrete frontend solutions and ship end-to-end.
Familiarity with enterprise/B2B SaaS, AI product experience, design sensibility, backend literacy, and startup environments.
