Description:

  • Lead the development and improvement of the core platform backend using Java.
  • Oversee engineers as Team Leader, conducting code reviews and providing mentorship.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to define roadmaps and balance technical debt with feature delivery.
  • Ensure software quality by managing CI/CD pipelines and leading post-mortems.
  • Work closely with customers to understand and resolve their issues.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in backend development with Java.
  • Proven ability to lead architecture decisions and initiatives.
  • Strong experience in testing, automation, and agile development practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
