Description:

  • Owner is an AI-native system designed to help local business owners, starting with restaurants, by integrating various operational tools.
  • The Guest Lifecycle & Loyalty (LILO) team focuses on creating a marketing platform that automates and optimizes guest engagement to increase repeat orders and customer lifetime value.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience with a track record of leading multi-person initiatives.
  • Strong backend and systems design skills for high-scale services and data pipelines.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and applying ML/AI to product challenges.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders across teams.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
