Description:

  • Lead and scale ML-driven Marketing/Growth/Product capabilities at Dave.
  • Drive data and machine learning initiatives to improve acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or related field.
  • Proven experience building and scaling ML models in production environments.
  • Strong programming skills (Python, SQL) and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Familiarity with Marketing KPIs (CAC, ROAS).
  • Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business audiences.
