Description:

Lead the security engineering practices to protect Benepass's benefits platform and sensitive data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable security measures and provide engineering guidance.

Requirements:

7+ years in security engineering or related roles, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
Proven technical leadership in security initiatives and ability to influence cross-functional decisions.
Strong knowledge of secure SDLC, application security, AWS security, and security architecture.
Experience with supply chain security, CI/CD security, and security program maturity frameworks.
Excellent communication skills to partner with various teams and educate developers.
