Description:

Lead Software Engineer II responsible for building and enhancing engineering solutions across the organization.
Focus on designing and delivering reliable, high-quality software while improving engineering practices and supporting team execution.

Requirements:

4-6 years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong backend development experience with Java and Python.
Solid understanding of SQL, data modeling, and query optimization.
Working knowledge of AWS cloud architecture and services.
Experience with modern databases (relational and NoSQL) such as DynamoDB, RDS, PostgreSQL, DocumentDB.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and container orchestration systems (ECS/EKS preferred).
Experience with monitoring/observability tools such as CloudWatch or Datadog.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Comfort working in Agile environments with iterative delivery.

Salary range: $100,000 - $135,000 per year.
Eligibility for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance (target 20% of base salary).
