Lead the technical sales process for Parloa's platform, demonstrating its value to enterprise prospects.
Shape customer adoption of agentic AI and influence product development based on customer needs.

Requirements:

7-10+ years as a Solutions Engineer, preferably in SaaS, with knowledge of enterprise sales frameworks like MEDDPICC.
Experience in contact center technologies (CCaaS, UCaaS), VoIP, and telephony design.
Familiarity with enterprise technology stacks (Azure, AWS, GCP) and API integration.
Understanding of Generative AI and LLMs, with skills in prompt engineering.
Strong presentation skills for technical and executive audiences; experience with partners in fast-paced environments is a plus.

Competitive salary range of $219,000 - $250,000 USD, structured as On-Target Earnings (OTE) with performance-based components and equity.
