Remote OS Image Factory Engineer (R-00195)

Description:

• Design, build, and maintain standardized OS images for RHEL and Windows environments.
• Deliver STIG-hardened RHEL, Windows, and container images through automated CI/CD pipelines with integrated security scanning and lifecycle controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience with OS image engineering for RHEL and Windows platforms.
• Hands-on experience with container image creation and management.
• Experience with EC2 Image Builder, HashiCorp Packer, or similar technologies.
• Strong experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management.
• Experience with DISA STIG hardening and compliance validation using OpenSCAP.
• Understanding of FIPS-enabled configurations and image signing.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust principles and AWS GovCloud environments preferred.
