Description:

Lead AI adoption, workflow automation, and process improvement across the firm.
Audit existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design/implement AI-powered automations.

Requirements:

Previous experience automating law firm operations.
Strong hands-on experience with AI implementation and business process automation.
Experience with LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Gemini) for building workflows.
Proficient in integrating LLMs via APIs, webhooks, n8n, Zapier.
Familiarity with Clio and Lawmatics, and integrating Slack, Gmail, Dialpad, Hubstaff, Agorapulse.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to independently identify workflow inefficiencies.
Excellent English communication skills with partial overlap with U.S. business hours.
