Description:
- Hightouch is an Agentic Marketing Platform that empowers marketers with a Composable CDP.
- The Partner Solutions Engineer will build relationships with partner SEs and technical sales leaders at top ISVs and SIs, ensuring Hightouch is their preferred CDP.
- Responsibilities include managing product feedback and driving partner-informed product changes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Partner SE, or Solutions Architecture.
- Hands-on fluency with SQL and experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
- Proven track record of influencing revenue and product direction through partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills across various technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for partner and customer engagements.
Benefits:
- On-Target Earnings Range: $180,000-$220,000 annually.
- Base Salary Range: $126,000-$154,000 annually, with equity compensation options.
