Description:

• Join an AI-powered recruiting platform as a Database Engineer to design schemas, write efficient SQL, and optimize Postgres performance.
• Work remotely from anywhere in LATAM and the Philippines, with a schedule of 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with production PostgreSQL databases.
• Advanced SQL skills including window functions, CTEs, JSONB, and performance analysis.
• Experience in relational data modeling for OLTP and analytical use cases.
• Knowledge of PII, data-classification, and retention policies at the database level.
• Familiarity with Git-based schema-migration workflows.
• Basic Python or comparable scripting skills.
• B2+ English proficiency for technical documentation.
