Description:

Build and own data pipelines for reporting, operations, and AI initiatives at Grüns.
Work in a fully remote environment with biannual off-site meetings.

Requirements:

3+ years in data engineering or analytics engineering with a proven track record.
Proficient in Python and advanced SQL, with experience in Airflow workflows and dbt modeling.
Experience with custom integrations against APIs and handling data ingestion complexities.
Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and CI/CD processes for production support.
Experience in high-growth environments, ideally DTC or subscription models.
Knowledge of BigQuery, GCP, and Cloud Composer is a plus.

Competitive salary range of $150,000-$170,000 plus bonus.
