Description:

  • Lead the long-term research direction for Trase OS, focusing on agentic execution platforms in regulated environments.
  • Drive research in agent workflows, tool use, orchestration, and autonomous system reliability, translating research into scalable systems.

Requirements:

  • 12–15+ years in machine learning or applied AI research at a senior technical level.
  • Strong publication record and experience in large-scale experimentation and AI systems reliability.
  • Expertise in agentic systems, LLMs, multi-agent systems, and hands-on experience with AI system deployment.
