Description:

Lead the architecture, modernization, and containerization of enterprise applications and integration platforms.
Design and implement scalable cloud-native solutions using Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.

Requirements:

9+ years of total experience in software engineering.
Strong hands-on experience in Microservices Architecture with Spring Boot and Spring Batch.
Expertise in Red Hat OpenShift, including cluster architecture and deployment strategies.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Apache Camel, JMS, and ActiveMQ.
Knowledge of enterprise integration architecture and service mesh technologies like Istio.
Experience with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
Familiarity with S3-compatible storage and large-scale data migration.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
