Requirements:

8+ years of experience in shipping and running production SaaS applications.
Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js, with experience in scalable distributed systems, APIs, and service boundaries.
Full-stack ownership from schema to API to UI, with experience in building internal developer tooling.
Experience in deploying, monitoring, and improving production systems, with a focus on observability and security.
Proven experience in building AI-powered product capabilities and mentoring other engineers.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and proactively identify problems worth solving.
