Remote Principal Software Architect

Description:

• Remote position available in specified states.
• Principal Software Architect responsible for defining technical strategy and architecting AI-powered capabilities at BambooHR.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and guide the delivery of secure, reliable, and maintainable AI systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in technology-related field or equivalent certification.
• 10+ years of engineering experience, with 7+ years in software architecture.
• Proficient in SaaS software development using languages like React, PHP, MySQL.
• Experience with full software development lifecycle, CI/CD, and deployment systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Knowledge of security best practices and experience with AI-backed features in production.
