Description:

  • Lead design and architecture of critical system components for Lightspeed Retail.
  • Contribute to system development and deliver innovative solutions for customer needs.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentor engineers, and promote best practices.
  • Work remotely or in-office within EST/EDT hours, based in Canada/USA.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of software development experience.
  • 5+ years as a technical leader for multiple teams.
  • 2+ years managing architecture across teams of 35+ engineers.
  • Experience with cloud-based business-critical systems.
  • Proficient in multiple technology stacks (Go, PHP, Java, RoR, Python).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to moderate technical discussions.
