Description:

  • Join BlackSky as a Staff Software Engineer on the Command and Control team to develop and maintain automated operations for the satellite constellation.
  • Responsibilities include software design, implementation, testing, and operational support for mission management products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, statistics, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of software development experience with fluency in Python and strong understanding of Go.
  • Expert knowledge in software design, data structures, and algorithm efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
  • U.S. citizenship may be required for certain programs.
